| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| 1 | eins |
| 2 | zwei |
| 3 | drei |
| 4 | vier |
| 5 | fünf |
| 6 | sechs |
| 7 | sieben |
| 8 | acht |
| 9 | neun |
| 10 | zehn |
How the numbers work
Several of the numbers look like English: drei (three), sechs (six), acht (eight), neun (nine).
Watch ei and ie: zwei (2) and drei (3), but vier (4) and sieben (7). 1 is eins when you count, and number words are written in lowercase.
